PBU e-Aduan is a set of procedures used in organizations to address complaints and resolve disputes which is to facilitate PBU’s student, staff and public user to make a complaint such as complaint regarding ICT, hostel and other facilities in our campus.
We provide a platform for user which is can easily make complaints in detail and all categories of complaints were in one place. PBU e-Aduan is aimed at creating efficient software portal for addressing the complaint and a need for a system that could detect user’s problems and provide them with suitable feedback is raised.
